Your Patients Are Changing. Your
Marketing Should Too.

The communities healthcare systems serve are more diverse than ever and getting more diverse by the day. Language barriers delay care. Cultural mistrust keeps people from showing up. And general market-focused campaigns — no matter how well-produced — won't move all your key audiences without cultural relevance. Our team has spent decades bridging this gap for healthcare organizations and helping them grow and attract new patients and clients. And we've done it from every angle.

Our Experience

We've served as the multicultural marketing partner for some of the most respected names in healthcare — from large health systems and children's hospitals to state health departments and national health campaigns.

Our work spans patient acquisition, provider recruitment, health equity campaigns, vaccination outreach, chronic disease prevention, maternal health, and community engagement. We develop strategies that are culturally grounded, linguistically accurate, and built to drive measurable outcomes.

Whether you need a full-service agency of record or a specialized partner for Hispanic and multicultural campaigns, we bring the strategic depth, cultural fluency, and creative firepower to help your organization connect with every community you serve.

Featured Work

Hartford HealthCare

As the Hispanic market agency of record for Hartford HealthCare, Connecticut's largest health system, we develop integrated campaigns that drive patient acquisition, build trust, and strengthen community relationships across the state's growing Latino population.

Our work spans brand awareness, service line marketing, provider recruitment campaigns, and community health initiatives — all developed with cultural insights that ensure every message resonates authentically.

CT Vaccination Campaign

We led the multicultural creative and media strategy for Connecticut's statewide COVID-19 vaccination campaign, reaching Hispanic, Black, and other underserved communities through culturally-targeted messaging across digital, social, radio, print, and community outreach.

The campaign required more than translation — it required trust-building, community partnerships, and messaging that addressed real concerns in culturally relevant ways. The result was one of the most successful state-level multicultural vaccination campaigns in the country.
