Our Commitment
Camelo Communication LLC is committed to making our website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that the web should be usable by everyone — regardless of ability, technology, or circumstance — and we work to align our website with recognized accessibility standards.
This statement applies to camelocommunication.com and is reviewed at least annually, or whenever significant changes are made to the site.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced in U.S. accessibility law and the public sector.
At this time, our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively working to address remaining gaps and improve over time.
We are also tracking the more recent WCAG 2.2 guidelines and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, and we plan to align with both as part of our ongoing improvement program.
What We’ve Done
To make our website more accessible, we have:
- Built our website using semantic HTML (proper headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels)
- Provided text alternatives (alt text) for content images
- Ensured the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators on interactive elements
- Added a “Skip to main content” link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation
- Labeled icon-only links (such as social media icons) with descriptive accessible names
- Used color combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements for body text
- Implemented an accessible main navigation, including a keyboard-operable Industries menu
- Set the document language so screen readers correctly pronounce content
- Made the mobile menu operable with both touch and keyboard
Known Limitations
We are open about areas where our website does not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. As of the date above, the following limitations are known:
- Third-party embedded content. Content embedded from external services (such as social media widgets, embedded videos, or analytics tools) may not fully meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of our site. We are evaluating alternatives.
- Decorative animations. Some animated elements on the site may not yet respect the user’s “reduced motion” preference. We are working to implement comprehensive prefers-reduced-motion
- Brand color contrast. Our primary brand orange is used carefully to maintain sufficient contrast, but a small number of decorative or large-text usages may not meet the strictest AA threshold for small body text. We are reviewing these on an ongoing basis.
- Form error messaging. While our contact form supports screen readers, some error states may not yet be programmatically associated as clearly as they should be.
- Older blog content. Some older articles may include images or formatting that predate our current accessibility practices. We update these as we revise content.
We do not consider this list exhaustive. If you encounter an accessibility barrier that is not listed here, please let us know — see “Contact Us About Accessibility” below.
Compatible Technologies
Our website is designed to be compatible with:
- Browsers: Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge
- Mobile: iOS Safari and Android Chrome on current and recent operating systems
- Screen readers: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android)
- Keyboard navigation: Full keyboard operability for all interactive content
- Zoom: Up to 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality
- Voice control: Tested with Voice Control (macOS/iOS) and Dragon NaturallySpeaking
The website is not designed for or tested with browsers that are no longer supported by their vendors, such as Internet Explorer.
How We Test
We use a combination of methods to evaluate the accessibility of our website:
- Automated testing tools such as WAVE, axe DevTools, and Lighthouse to scan pages for common accessibility issues
- Manual keyboard testing to verify that all functionality is operable without a mouse
- Manual screen reader testing with VoiceOver and NVDA on key pages and the contact form
- Color contrast checking against WCAG AA thresholds for text, interactive elements, and graphical content
- Ongoing review as new content and features are added
We plan to commission a professional third-party accessibility audit within the first year of launch to identify and address any remaining barriers we may not have caught through internal review.
Third-Party Content
Our website may include content from third parties — such as embedded videos, social media feeds, partner logos, or external links. We do not control the accessibility of third-party websites or services, and we cannot guarantee that third-party content fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA. Where possible, we choose vendors and tools that prioritize accessibility, and we provide accessible alternatives or summaries when feasible.

- Third-party audits periodically, with the first scheduled within 12 months of launch
- Training for team members involved in content creation, design, and development
- Vendor evaluation to favor tools and platforms with strong accessibility track records
- Listening to our community — feedback from users with disabilities is the most important input we receive
Our goal is to move from “partially conformant” to “fully conformant” with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to stay current as standards evolve.
